Delmar Pediatrics is working to be certified as a Medical Home by the National Committee on Quality Assurance.

Medical Homes provide timely, accessible and comprehensive care within the office setting and coordinate care outside the office. Our team of providers synthesizes all aspects of patient care including monitoring medication usage, interpreting laboratory and imaging results, and tracking visits to outside providers. We are a central resource for all of your child’s healthcare needs.

We recognize parents and guardians as an invaluable resource in ensuring that each child we see and treat is given optimal medical care. We value communication, and our patients and their families share responsibility for ensuring that providers have current and accurate information. Please notify our office if you/your child is evaluated by other medical providers between appointments. Request that summaries are sent to our office for our review.

At Delmar Pediatrics, we believe in the Medical Home concept. As we adapt our practice to best comply with the certification requirements, we will continue to provide both the highest level of pediatric primary care and a wonderful patient care experience.

DELMAR PEDIATRICS DONATES 500 BACKPACKS TO HURRICANE IRENE KIDS
Dr. Looney is pleased to announce Delmar Pediatrics has donated 500 backpacks to the YMCA's Greene County chapter to benefit those children affected by Hurricane Irene. The YMCA together with Neighbors Helping Neighbors are collecting supplies to fill the backpacks and distribute them to children in need. View our Facebook photos.
